Never Give Up

☼ Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

☼ If you can't accept me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best.

I think I fell in love with this song..☼

Missionary Week ☼

This week for the 5th ward in the West Bountiful Stake got the chance to have missionary week. For many years I have had friends who say they are having missionary week. They say they wake up at 5:30 in the morning, and they also get to dress up everyday. Our missionary week turned out a little different then most wards do it. We got a mission call that displayed our companion or companions and the place we get to serve in (or the people in our ward we are called to serve.) I have had the experience this week to serve with Kaylee White and Carlie Dejong and we serve in the Russ and Zetha Parker mission. I have learned to grow them even more. Kaylee and Carlie and I have been a good team and we may not be the closest of friends, but this week I have learned more about them closely and I have learned the true work of service from within them. Visiting Zetha really helped this week. Zetha is one magnificent women and her light shines so strong within her home. She is a knowledgable women of the spirit and of the gospel and she is also my next door neighbor! It's just a wonderful journey to serve and as you serve, you are served as well. I have felt the impression of the spirit and I know serving others is the service to your Lord.

I am truly happy right now.

Someday, maybe, I will go on a full-time LDS mission.

But Today-I can be one.

Through thick and thin: I can change myself and change others for good.

Forever Strong ☼

My family has a new motto: Forever Strong. Through all the trials we have been through, we know that our Heavenly Father truly does there. We have experienced a miracle in our family and that has made us that much closer, that has made me who I am today.

This weekend was unbelievably great! :]

Varsity Volleyball Tournament: I had the opportunity to play varsity and I am so grateful I had the chance this year to challenge myself while playing. I sure hope Melissa will be able to play soon due to a bad back, she has been out for the weekend. We can't wait til her and Rachael get back in and play in their spot! :]

Preston's Baby Blessing: My cousin has the chubbiest cheeks and is a gorgeous [or as Uncle Nathaniel might want me to say, handsome] little boy. I enjoyed spending lots of time with extended family in Rexburg Idaho, being able to spend, and listen to Soft Sunday Sounds with my one, forever family as we drove home together.[Four Generations]

Be by the temple: Rexburg temple is so pretty! BYU-Idaho would be wonderful to attend, so I could see that beautiful temple every day!

I am sure loving to grow everyday! :]
